Emerging Tech Acceleration Program Management Analyst

Work You’ll Do:

The mission of the Deloitte Consulting Emerging Tech and Tech Leadership group within New Business Innovation is to sense, research, and champion emerging technologies while deepening our reputation, relationship, and engagement with our clients’ technology executives. We are currently seeking an Analyst to support the Next Gen Architecture Program that fall under ETTL’s Emerging Tech Acceleration (ETA) Team.

In this role, you will be supporting the operations and evolution of the Next Gen Architecture (NGA) Program and will be working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to focus on shaping solutions, ecosystem strategy, and reference architectures for emerging technologies.

This role would be responsible for a variety of activities including:

  • Work closely with program leadership to execute against workplan and track progress/impact
  • Support asset strategy for the guild and NGA program and support collaboration with other asset groups
  • Support content management/crowdsourcing platform and related governance model
  • Support development and roll-out of program communications plan for Architecture Coaching and Standards initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis and process improvements and escalate risks and roadblocks
  • Owning and developing communication templates, surveys and other re-usable assets to improve the efficiency of planning and delivering of architecture coaching and standards initiative.
  • Maintaining playbooks to capture processes, lessons learned and best practices to continually improve the delivery of architecture coaching.
  • Support embedding Deloitte Certified Architects into pursuits and projects that are complex and pioneering
  • Support development of conceptual architectures for priority domains
  • Support/liaise the Global roll out of the NGA program and on-going activities
  • Tracking and reporting metrics, key accomplishments to ETA leadership
  • Driving large and small group meetings and relaying takeaways and actions to appropriate parties

The Team

This role sits within the Emerging Tech Acceleration team, which focuses on cultivating groups of experts and passionate apprentices to dig deeply into technologies that are disrupting our clients’ businesses. Tech Guilds are a dimension of our Tech Fluency efforts —with an emphasis on hands-on keyboards vs. high-level discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years consulting or similar experience with working knowledge of emerging technologies
  • Passion for and interest in emerging technology trends
  • Strong working project management skills and organization; ability to successfully prioritize and support multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to take ownership and manage different levels of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current Deloitte professional, familiar with the firm’s general structure and policies; able to navigate the firm and access resources to resolve issues
  • Able to work well in a highly agile, fast-paced environment; comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Excellent focus on details and producing high quality work products, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and working with a virtual team
  • Experience working with organization change management or process improvement is encouraged
