Position Summary

Overview

The EA and CMG DEI Leaders are seeking a Senior Manager to help refine strategic priorities and achieve key milestones working with the combined EA/CMG DEI team. EA/CMG DEI is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic programs that educate and enable professionals across the Enabling Areas and CMG to act on and advance the US Firms’ DEI shared goals and commitments while building and strengthen communities. To do this, the team partners with the Chief DEI Officer for the US Firms, the National DEI Leadership Team and the Channel and DEI leaders from across the EAs.

Expectations and Focus Areas

  • Work with the leaders and team to prioritize and develop a portfolio of programs, initiatives, processes and/or tools to advance DEI shared goals and commitments
  • Oversee program and process design; help the team frame operational objectives, build work plans and allocate/balance work across team members to implement initiatives effectively and in a timely manner
  • Drive accountability and empower the team and other stakeholders to complete tasks and achieve objectives
  • Analyze and report insights from DEI related data sets that inform leadership decisions, team priorities, and program execution.
  • Work with team to frame and develop executive level presentations, reports and dashboards that help communicate priorities, demonstrate progress, build buy-in and secure necessary resources/support
  • Regularly interact with and build productive relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across the Enabling Areas and CMG related to DEI matters
  • Guide and support the coaching, learning and development needs of the entire team to drive engagement, strengthen careers, and achieve superior performance
  • Address emerging priorities and perform other job-related duties as they assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to think “big picture” and connect dots across the US firms, Enabling Areas and CMG to help drive big ideas into workplans and implementation
  • Superior portfolio and project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and diverse stakeholder groups; results-driven and action oriented
  • Experience with change management; ability to change the thinking of or gain acceptance from others in new or difficult situations while maintaining and building relationships
  • Talent savvy, with an understanding of the talent lifecycle
  • Strong passion for DEI with a commitment to seeking out diverse perspectives
  • Extremely strong interpersonal, team building and client relationship skills; able to foster a cohesive and effective work environment
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation development skills (e.g., storyboarding, synthesizing broad and/or complex information into clear, impactful messages for executive audiences)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PPT, Excel, Teams); data visualization experience a plus
  • Prior experience with a professional services firm required
