Digital Talent Manager, HRST Digital Enablement (CL 5) 


Role description 

Digital Enablement will elevate the employee experience by delivering firmwide, transformational solutions. Combining human-centered design techniques with leading-edge technologies, Talent will transform the way we engage with practitioners, machines, data, and each other. 


The Digital Assistance Team is responsible for working with Talent leaders and practitioners to develop and deploy chatbot skills to inform Talent inquiries as well as lead business process automation technology solutions such as robotic process automation (RPA),when needed, to automate manual, time-intensive processes and demonstrate a unified digital experience across Talent processes. 


We’re looking for a driven, organized team member to support Talent’s digital transformation of by identifying and delivering automation for process owners across Talent.  The Digital Talent Manager will play an important role between US and US-I processes and will be supported by US India team members. In addition to partnering closely with process owners across Talent, this individual will be the voice of Digital Talent automation and provide structure for successful delivery. 

Work you’ll do 

As a member of the Digital Talent team, you will:  

  • Partner with the Digital Talent Senior Manager to deploy chatbots and enhanced RPA processes to align with the Talent Digital Experience
  • Be a key member of the team to manage and coordinate multiple digital projects and oversee other team members activities
  • Engage with stakeholders to drive and identify design and requirements gathering
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing activities based on deliverables across projects
  • Drive the execution of meetings with stakeholders, preparing materials, capturing notes and action items, leveraging team members to support these activities as needed
  • Provide chatbot and technical knowledge as guidance to stakeholders as they become familiar with the process and learn about the technology
  • Oversee UAT preparation and launch execution, including approach, design and material preparation, leveraging team members to support the activities as needed
  • Ability to translate strategic priorities and apply to individual concepts related to each digital project, chatbot and RPA, deployed
  • Proactively work to monitor in-flight solutions and notify stakeholders of potential impacts to the digital talent portfolio as the Talent technology landscape evolves
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of relevant work experience 
  • Strong communications and relationship skills
  • Background and experience in delivering innovative digital technology (e.g., chatbots, Robotic Process Automation, Macros, etc.) with a passion to learn new technologies as they continue evolve and develop
  • Background and understanding of Talent/Human Resources, preferably in a professional services industry
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to a dynamic environment, fueled by Talent Transformation initiatives 
  • Ability to identify and streamline processes to ensure optimal efficiency of product delivery
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and issues that could impact delivery, track and escalate when needed
  • Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices  
  • Ability to work well in a complex environment with minimal oversight
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)  
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred
