Work you’ll do
• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for digital transformation initiatives, from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across agencies and partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Coordination: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Project Execution: Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules, effectively managing resources, tasks, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead proactive risk management efforts to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

The GPS Digital Customer offering helps public sector and higher education clients transform their businesses and customer interactions through innovative digital experiences. We work with our clients to create, design and deploy digital products that increase adoption and drive measurable results.
Qualifications
Required:
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
• 2+ years delivery projects in an Agile environment
• Provide strategic direction to help them improve risk management processes/procedures
• Experience analyzing new and complex project related problems and creating innovative solutions involving scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components
• Experience leading teams on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects
• Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report
• Must be willing to be on client site 2 days a week
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred:
• Business Analysis experience
• Requirements gathering experience
• Agile Project Management experience
• Scrum Master Certified
• Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts
• Client management experience
