Position Summary

Deloitte’s Clients & Markets is seeking a Client Data Analytics and Generative AI Manager with data science and digital transformation skills. This role will report to the Managing Director on the Digital team to support efforts to create, maintain, and operate scalable marketing, sales, and revenue operations systems, processes, and tools to enable Deloitte to run client analytics and continue to grow and capture market share. The primary responsibility of this position is business analysis, cross-functional collaboration and delivery of data and insights projects, AIML solutions, and process automation within Deloitte’s business growth function.

Work you’ll do

  • Help in building the future state Client Data organization within CMG and supporting the operating model to best sustain our ambition
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, technology, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information
  • Understand and oversee client data systems and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting
  • Work across teams to architect and drive the development of Generative AI solutions
  • Build and prioritize a backlog of requirements for future machine learning enabled features across Deloitte’s digital platforms
  • Coordinate with privacy and compliance teams on proper handling of PII
  • Work with onshore and offshore developers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Engaging in technical resource planning and level-of-effort estimation to support project scoping, pricing, and planning with project management
  • Assist in developing prompt libraries for GenAI models



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience related to technical data management & marketing solution experience
  • 5+ years of experience designing solutions to address client requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in data science
  • 2+ years of experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLM)
  • 2+ years of experience building and maintaining scalable API solutions
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries that you serve
  • A client/customer-centric, data-driven, and results-oriented manager focused on unlocking insights that identify the value of client/customer data, insights, and analytics
  • Fluency in building out operating models for driving qualitative and quantitative analytical research functions
  • Knowledge of CRM/CDP software and management of related customer interaction data (1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data) including Salesforce and Adobe
  • Demonstrated familiarity with the Adobe Suite (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch)
  • Ability to translate requests from non-technical stakeholders into operational steps and successful outcomes
  • Ability to approach a technical solution to solved for challenges from a business perspective


  • Understanding of public cloud offerings and how-to solution designs that are built around these technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and similar)
  • Demonstrated competency in Agile Digital Project Management.
  • Prior work with data clean rooms for privacy-compliant marketing measurement
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or similar


The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $191,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
