Overview

ConvergeHEALTH is a part of Deloitte Consulting’s Core Business Operations offering portfolio, and supports the information-based transformation of healthcare by enabling healthcare and life sciences organizations to answer the “hard questions” in healthcare–what works, for whom, why, in what context, and at what cost? As part of the ConvergeHEALTH team, you will work with our CareConductor product team, heath care (life sciences) clients, and the Deloitte sales teams. In your role, you will work collaboratively and provide guidance to the offshore development team to build out product capabilities.

DevSecOps Engineer for ConvergeHEALTH, Deloitte Consulting, LLP

ConvergeHEALTH is Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare innovation and technology product arm and is committed to making value-based, personalized health care a reality.

This role is aligned with ConvergeHEALTH’s newest product, CareConductor, which allows healthcare provider systems to orchestrate virtual patient care, reducing the burden on hospitals and enabling a seamless digital care experience for patients.

The right candidate will help us design, build, and deliver a solution that re-imagines the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The DevSecOps Engineer will be part of a team responsible for implementing a DevSecOps platform and CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and implement Concourse pipelines, developing integrations with 3rd party components, and developing templates and guidelines that will be used by application teams to implement application and technology-specific pipelines
  • Collaborate with external teams to integrate security scanning (static and dynamic) and quality assurance testing into the pipelines
  • Act as an advisor on best practices in implementing modern software solutions including CI/CD, test-driven development, code instrumentation, continuous monitoring, and microservice architectures

We Expect You To Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a top-tier university; Advanced Degree is a plus – equivalent work experience may act as a substitute to degree requirements
  • 2 – 5 years experience
  • Technology Skills: AWS, GCP, Azure, Cloudformation, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Helmcharts, ArgoCD, GIT, Concourse, Jenkins, Fortify, JFrog Artifactory, Whitesource, Contrast Assess, SonarQube, Java, Python.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, passionate team-oriented personality and working style
  • Limited sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and clients and industries/sectors you serve
