Position Summary

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support and problem resolution for activities associated with the implementation and installation of computers, network equipment, audio/ video, servers, and associated peripherals within established enterprise guidelines. Able to lead smaller scale projects and initiatives.
  • Applies and documents procedures for problem determination/ resolution and / or installation support
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships and works effectively with customers, management, engineering partners and peers
  • Understands and adheres to policies and guidelines related to travel expense, overtime, and asset management
  • Provides guidance to customers on equipment standards and expenditures
  • Acts as a role model to other in support of corporate culture

Our Core Technology Operations (CTO) team offers differentiated operate services for our clients with solutions to help organizations scale and optimize critical business operations, drive speed to outcome, deliver business transformation, and build resilience in an uncertain future.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience with API
  • Certifications for desktop services
  • Travel up to 10% annually
