Desktop Publisher - Government & Public Services
Are you a design professional with experience formatting large government proposals? If so, Deloitte’s Government and Public Services (GPS) team is the place for you! Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical visual guidance to senior leadership in support of complex proposal development efforts.
Work you’ll do: As a Desktop Publisher, you will provide guidance in the development and design of proposals, presentations, and business development materials by:
- Supporting Top, Sector, and Account Priority Pursuits that require Desk Top Publishing
- Document formatting across Microsoft Office Programs
- Creating/updating macro-enabled word templates to customize for individual proposals
- Ensuring that proposal documents adhere to RFP delivery specifications, Deloitte quality standards, and brand standards
- Coordinating with USI, as needed, to ensure project milestones are met
- QA Documents received from US India
- Updating graphics with minor edits (i.e., typos, name changes)
- QA and finalization of documents, including creating PDFs and submission files
- Leading and/or participating in collectives, initiatives, and trainings that promote growth of self, the Pursuit Center Of Excellence and Design/DTP Community.
· Managing documents and effectively using procedures, tools, and templates
· Working collaboratively with large teams in a virtual environment (Sharepoint, Teams, etc.)
· Providing accurate and timely communications regarding document status
· Exercising judgment and project management skills to balance priorities and keep internal clients informed of projects and progress; working quickly and efficiently to meet project milestones/deadlines on a tight schedule
· Assist with digital and/or print delivery
o Managing file size, naming convention in accordance with solicitation instructions, etc.
o Working on site to print documents, as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Federal/State/Local Experience
- Advanced experience in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Use of Visual Basic and Custom UI Editor strongly preferred
- Manage and customize document formatting, creating and applying templates
- Demonstrate excellent listening and decision-making skills
- Professional client service manner and ability to interact with all levels of management
- Demonstrate speed and agility, working efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Manage Digital delivery and print production
- Ability to flex working schedule, as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

· TS/SCI Clearance or ability to clear
