Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory Business Solution Analyst - Brand Operation Services

 

Want an opportunity to use your excellent judgement, analytical abilities, and utilize your knowledge in the hospitality, food, retail and customer service industries to serve as a quality advisor? At Deloitte, we provide enhanced brand and reputation risk management services to our clients. As a Business Solution Advisor, you will use your expertise to lead quality-assurance examinations for brand assurance programs.  You will be our clients’ eyes and ears, offering them information and feedback on their customers’ experience.

 

Work you’ll do

Motivated and ambitious, you will relish the opportunity to travel and work independently as you develop and deliver important summary presentations of evaluation findings to key client executives. Leading discussions with clients on business priorities, you will work closely with them to learn about their business, uncover their needs and help execute a program that helps deliver a more engaging, memorable customer experience.

 

Regardless of project type, your work will require:

  • Proficiency with all current word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
  • Experience working independently on multiple projects, while adhering to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and be able to develop and present examination results in a friendly, empathetic and helpful manner
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment by using industry knowledge and fully comprehending clients’ business models and needs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors and/or Master’s degree in Hospitality or related fields
  • Ability to travel 100%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (both driving and air travel) as required by the client. Overnight stays will be required
  • Ability to obtain valid driver's license
  • Must reside in close proximity to a major international airport ( < 50 Miles)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

 

Preferred

  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
  • Internship or minimum one year hospitality, tourism, retail or other customer service experience

 

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This wage range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is $45,000 to $50,000.
