Position Summary


Deloitte Digital: Social Strategist  | Manager

Join the Consulting Marketing team to bring emotion, consideration and digitization to the Deloitte Digital brand through deepening the brand’s presence on social and finding ways to bring our client stories and people to life. 

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic social media specialist who will build social strategies, craft engaging content and scale social across the Deloitte Digital business, with the goal of driving awareness of our brand as well as running full-funnel campaigns around our priority solution areas. Be part of a transformational effort as we accelerate business outcomes in collaboration with a cross-functional team of marketing strategy, digital channel and creative experts.

Responsibilities

  • Design social strategy that elevates the Deloitte Digital brand in the marketplace
  • Identify the role of social media in the context of integrated communications strategies across paid, earned and owned
  • Build and manage paid and organic social campaigns aligned to business strategy, including targeting strategy, collaborating with creative teams, copywriting, analyzing performance and reporting
  • Conduct social listening to inform strategy
  • Manage content calendar, working closely with Deloitte Digital leadership to align social with news, industry events and other relevant content
  • Optimize in-market campaigns based on performance, working closely with channel strategy, marketing and comms teams in an agile fashion
  • Collaborate across US and Global leadership to drive alignment of social strategy and content across member firms

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5-7 years of experience driving results via social, including deep understanding and experience with designing and implementing social strategies in pursuit of campaign objectives and business growth
  • Experience driving strategic transformations across large, highly-matrixed B2B organizations
  • Depth of experience with Sprinklr as a social media platform

Preferred:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with hands-on experience coordinating across multiple projects to meet timelines 
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively problem solve with sound business judgement, while maintaining strong attention to detail 
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal / presentation / written), and interpersonal skills with track record of partnering with and presenting to senior management 
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong value for diversity, team culture, and collaboration in a remote environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $219,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
