Work you’ll do
As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through HR Cloud solution implementation and maintenance. Your work could include:
- Drive HR Cloud technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing
- Configuring software modules (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll) for leading HR solutions such as Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP/SuccessFactors
- Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2021 in these or related areas of study
- Technology and Science: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Willingness to travel up to 20 percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements. While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred
- Experience with functional implementation in any of the following areas: Workday, SAP or Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or other enabling HR Cloud technology
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge
