Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through HR Cloud solution implementation and maintenance. Your work could include:

  • Drive HR Cloud technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing
  • Configuring software modules (e.g., Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll) for leading HR solutions such as Workday, Oracle HCM, and SAP/SuccessFactors
  • Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structure that will improve the HR function’s alignment to business objectives and ability to help drive business results

We collaborate with our clients to develop leading global HR strategies and support organizations in achieving excellence through implementing solutions that transform how they organize, develop capabilities, deploy leading technology, and deliver a leading employee experience.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2021 in these or related areas of study
    • Technology and Science: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Willingness to travel up to 20 percent of the time; travel varies based on project assignment requirements. While 20% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

  • Experience with functional implementation in any of the following areas: Workday, SAP or Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM), Oracle Fusion, SAP SuccessFactors, or other enabling HR Cloud technology
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge
