Work you’ll do

As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.

Knowledge Areas- Business Operations

Strategy:

  • Analyze and provide recommendations to client improvement opportunities by combining client data, subject matter experts, and data analytics tools
  • Provide insightful analysis and develop data-fueled reports to help our client address some of their complex business issues
  • Conduct thorough market, competitor, or other types of research to bring the most current and relevant information to the decision makers in our clients’ C-suite of leaders

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2023 in these or related areas of study
    • Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations), Human Resources
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • If aligned to support Deloitte’s Government Public Services practice, you must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred skillsets: Confidence with business processes and ability to determine impacts on business operations. Executive presence, operational / process design with strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems and communicate outcomes
