Position Summary

Join our Strategy team next summer to enhance your education and accelerate your career. As a Strategy Summer Associate, you’ll work side by side with innovative and strategic thought leaders and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving world of business. You’ll get the training to be confident and prepared to help tackle some of our clients’ most complex business issues.  When you become a member of our team not only will you experience our supportive work culture, but you’ll also receive first-hand insights into the day-to-day challenges and opportunities faced by our consultants.

 

Work You’ll Do

This Strategy Summer Associate strategizes and delivers solutions to clients to promote growth and address the evolving needs of their businesses. This Strategy Summer Associate enhances competitive positioning, customer relationships and core functions by: innovating and improving processes and experiences; implementing tools, new offerings and data powered advancements; shaping lifecycle activities; identifying efficiencies to enhance organizational performance; and architecting innovative operating models.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • MBA degree (completed or with expected graduation between December 2021 and August 2022)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Strong academic standing
  • Travel up to 80-100% (While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice)

You’ll work with a wide variety of talented leaders, learn how to tackle business issues and design strategies that are aligned with our clients’ objectives, and experience the day-to-day challenges and opportunities presented in this exciting, forward-facing career. Your tailored training program will start on day 1 and be supplemented with learning opportunities throughout the summer, whether on the job, virtual, or in the office on Fridays.
