- Customer: Help clients define customer growth strategies and omni-channel experiences that drive profitable growth across all customer and commercial functions, including marketing, sales, service, digital and agency strategy. Support clients in designing and launching new B2B and B2C products, services, experiences, and businesses
- Human Capital: Help organizations manage, sustain, and enhance their performance through their people, using change management, culture transformation, talent management, and organization design tools
- Strategic Solutions: Advise clients on strategic solutions that will transform their business, stay ahead of disruption and shape their future. Navigate complex business challenges such as mergers and acquisitions, strategic or operational transformations, and leveraging data and analytics to drive competitive advantages
- Supply Chain: Advise clients on end-to-end supply chain & operations strategies across industries. Drive quantifiable impact by architecting and implementing solutions that converge recommendations across people, process, technology, data and analytics
- Tech Strategy: Reimagine and shape the future of business and technology by architecting value-led digital transformations, serving as the premier tech advisor for the C-Suite and Board, and leveraging the power of our firm, ecosystems, and alliance partners.
- MBA degree (expected graduation by Spring/Summer 2026)
- Minimum of 3 years work experience required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong academic credentials
- Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be 18 years of age at time of employment
