When companies undergo significant organizational changes, they need a trusted advisor to help them drive decisions and navigate challenges. From talent strategy to organizational design to change management, our Project Delivery Analysts look beyond the traditional boundaries within an organization to discover untapped sources of value. We provide guidance to organizations undergoing large-scale transformations; whether they are implementing new technology, redesigning their HR function, or simply changing the way they work. In Kentucky, there is a significant change occurring in Health Care. As policy shifts and Integrated Eligibility Systems take shape, insurers and the Commonwealth must adapt and create new processes. As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with our clients to help align talent and human resources strategies with broader business objectives.
