Position summary
We advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions focused on “heart of the business” issues across federal, state, and local government organizations. We are looking for professionals who will use their program management skills to work alongside our clients to bring best practices and manage their most important initiatives.
Work you’ll do
This individual will work on the PMO for a large, complex Workday implementation project. The PMO Analyst will support the PM and project team with core project management functions. The individual will be required to communicate with the PM and project team on a regular basis. This role is responsible for maintaining best practices and processes for; project initiation and planning, project monitoring and controlling, vendor management, risk management, timely issue resolution, schedule management, stakeholder management, requirements management, change control management, quality management, high-level understanding of document content management, and Risk, Issues, Action items and Decisions Management.

We support finance and supply-chain transformations where the software is a true enabler of process change and cost reduction.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree completed by June 2021 in these or related field of study:
- Business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, economics, finance, social sciences or liberal arts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Willingness to be based in Olympia, WA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
- Working knowledge of Project Management principles (e.g. PMBOK) and Microsoft Project
- Experience one or more of the following domains: communications, risk management, change control, procurement, training, quality assurance, documentation, project schedule, and work breakdown structure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
