Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Project Delivery Analysts whose skills and interests align with the following areas:
- Build financial & mathematical models that can improve organizational performance and help clients make informed business decisions
- Advise clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk
- Support large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights
- Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
- Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
- Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products
- Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2023 in these or a related field of study:
- Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Health Policy
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Willingness to be based in Albany, NY
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience with SQL
- Preferred familiarity with Medicaid data sets or health-related data sets
