Work You’ll Do

Setting our people up for success is our highest priority. We are currently recruiting Project Delivery Analysts whose skills and interests align with the following areas:

  • Build financial & mathematical models that can improve organizational performance and help clients make informed business decisions
  • Advise clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk
    • Support large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights
    • Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
    • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work 
    • Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
    • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports
    • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products 
    • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

The Team

Our Project Delivery Analysts will be able to maintain the specialization they have built to date in certain areas while also learning how it connects to broader issues in the market. We will continue to help our people deliver world-class services, innovate on new solutions and products, and prepare them to address our clients’ most difficult challenges in the market.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2023 in these or a related field of study:
    • Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics, Health Policy
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • Willingness to be based in Albany, NY
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Experience with SQL
  • Preferred familiarity with Medicaid data sets or health-related data sets
