Position Summary

Our Analysts collaborate with our clients to deliver strategies to help them adapt to their unique challenges, opportunities, and meet their objectives. We are seeking candidates with outstanding leadership experience, strong academic performance, and excellent communication skills to join our Government and Public Services practice.

Work You’ll Do

As an Analyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. This person should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings.

Actuarial

    • This Analyst builds financial & mathematical models that can improve organizational performance and help clients make informed business decisions. This Analyst also advises clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using statistical methods to quantify risk. Majors: Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics

Analytics

    • This Analyst leverages disparate data to design cutting-edge analytics platforms to help clients identify trends and make informed business decisions. This Analyst also advises clients on data management and business analytics to enable continuous and sustained value creation.  Majors: Analytics, Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning

Digital Design & Innovation

    • This Analyst focuses on the voice of the customer, including enhanced user experiences and engagement through the customer lifecycle. This Analyst utilized awareness of the market for leading edge technologies to define capabilities and solutions designed to help clients more effectively connect with their customers across channels. Majors: Computer Science, Engineering, Design Innovation, Human Computer Interaction

 Enterprise Tech Transformation

    • This Analyst works with clients to identify business and data requirements, define functional user stories, redesign process flows, and configure technical solutions to solve real-world problems. The candidate helps clients in their efforts to create and implement technology driven solutions that can help improve their business processes and performance.  We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experiences in a technology solution and business function to deliver exceptional value to our clients.  Majors: Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, STEM, Finance, Accounting

HC Strategy

    • This Analyst identifies efficiencies to enhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership and change programs. This Analyst also designs & develops integrated talent management strategies, helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization & digital enablement. Majors: Business, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, ILR

HR Tech & Transformation

    • This Analyst helps clients optimize the value of their investments in HR technology through the selection, design & implementation of HR Solutions & digital applications. This Analyst also builds HR technology blueprints & roadmaps that set clients on a clear path to success. Majors: STEM, Management Information Systems, HR Information Systems, Engineering

Solutions Engineering

    • This Analyst supports design, implementation and operation of ‘heart of the business’ systems in order to enhance clients technology capabilities and deliver on enterprise objectives. The Analyst continually develops new skills while assisting clients in building optimized solutions across the organization.  We look for a problem solver who is excited to work with disruptive technologies and has the right blend of practicality and ingenuity to make the most of those technologies.  While not limited to these roles, this person may wish to grow to become a technical architect, integration expert, data architect or seasoned developer.  Majors: Engineering, Business Information Systems, Computer Science

Strategy & Operations

    • This Analyst strategizes and delivers solutions to clients to promote growth and address the evolving needs of their businesses. This Analyst enhances competitive positioning, customer relationships and core functions by: innovating and improving processes and experiences; implementing tools, new offerings and data powered advancements; shaping lifecycle activities; and architecting innovative operating models. Majors: Business, STEM, Information Systems, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Liberal Arts

Tech Performance

    • This Analyst leverages technology skills and business domain knowledge to advise clients on industry, operational and technical best practices to achieve business transformation. The candidate bridges the theoretical with the practical to cut through complexity and optimize business processes.  We are looking for someone who can move fluidly across business groups and technologies and use analytical skulls to help clients take advantage of growth opportunities. Majors: Business, Supply Chain, Economics, STEM, Finance, Accounting

Tech Strategy

    • This Analyst leverages technology skills, industry experience and business domain knowledge to drive technology-enabled strategic transformation. This Analyst develops strategies that optimize the use of technology to transform capabilities and unlock business value.  Majors: Business Information Systems, Engineering

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree completed by Fall 2021 in these or related areas of study:

    • Digital Design & Innovation: Computer Science, Engineering, Design Innovation, Human Computer Interaction

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
  • Ability to travel 80-100%. While 80-100% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.
