Position Summary

Responsibilities Include:


  • Support proposal development by building cohesive client ready presentations that include service overviews, team structures, and proposed pricing model
  • Liaise with Tel Aviv-based domain managers as needed for Go to Market support
  • Build materials in preparation for leadership engagement and immersion lab experiences, which outline high-growth startups, their investments, products, and key leaders
  • Develop and review eminence, white papers and other marketing materials promoting Israel’s Innovation ecosystem


  • Track client opportunities via Catalyst pipeline management tool
  • Track KPIs and metrics and support the development of regular progress updates to team and firm leadership
  • Summarize / share main action items and takeaways for both internal and external meetings
  • Support logistical planning and agenda-setting for events
  • Reconcile Catalyst Tel Aviv operating budgets on a regular cadence and share updated financial reports with team leadership
  • Manage conference and event logistics, including booking rooms, tracking expenses, and booking travel arrangements if necessary
  • Work with other internal finance teams to our vendors to make purchases and reconcile invoices



  • Strong program management skills and experience, including coordination across geographically diverse teams (including global) and teams focused on different scope
  • Strong business development/sales acumen; able to shape new opportunities and advise accounts on how best to leverage Catalyst services to achieve broader footprint at account
  • Excellent executive communication skills (both verbal and written) including experience developing and delivering executive level presentations
  • Ability to develop effective working relationship with senior stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Passion for innovation and emerging technology trends along with a firm foundation in the core principles of technology
  • Proven ability to perform in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in utmost confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Very strong focus on details and producing high quality work products
  • Experience working on global projects/initiatives and managing an international team a plus
  • Experience with VCs/PEs/startups, especially in Israel, a plus
  • Demonstrates strong value for diversity and ability to team and collaborate effectively


Catalyst SC Business Case

Role Overview:  This role supports the Deloitte Catalyst Team in Tel Aviv, Israel. Catalyst is a team focused on connecting the cutting-edge Israeli start-up ecosystem with Deloitte’s global clients in response to ever-growing demand for global innovation and technology strategies. Catalyst builds meaningful relationships that generate business opportunities and organizational impact by leveraging the innovative technologies of Israel’s best and most promising startups. The team is led by Alison Paul and Andre Salz in the US and Amit Harel in Israel.

Catalyst provides services including:

  • Curated immersion lab experiences (both in-person and virtual): engaging clients in the opportunities that exist in the Israeli startup ecosystem
  • Startup scouting: identifying a set of startups aligned to specific use cases
  • Proof of concept development: developing pilots for specific use cases based on a client objective
  • Soft-landing services: supporting a client as they develop a physical presence in Israel

This role will primarily support the Catalyst Go to Market team.  The Catalyst GTM team is focused on engaging with US account leadership to sell Catalyst services to their clients
