Position Summary


Delivery Transformation Change and Communications Sr. Consultant

The Delivery Transformation team is seeking a full time Sr Consultant. This role requires the ability to draft key messages and tailor for various audiences, develop change management approaches, and execute plans that drive user engagement.

Ideal candidates will have strong core consulting skills demonstrated by the ability to:

  • Clearly communicate in written and verbal formats
  • Manage projects
  • Synthesize conversations into key takeaways and action items
  • Storyboard and create logical messages across multiple presentation formats (e.g., PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Lead discussions and presentations with various senior stakeholder(s) groups
  • Thrive in ambiguity
  • Comfortably work in a virtual environment
  • Work independently as needed

Work you’ll do

  • Work with Deloitte Consulting’s Chief Transformation Officer and Delivery Transformation Leader to drive adoption efforts needed to shape the future of our work, workforce, and workplace
  • Engage and advise Consulting Leaders (across geographies) to help tailor change and communication efforts in the context of network priorities
  • Help develop change management strategies and adoption approaches, including activities like defining personas, developing key messages, creating/executing against communications plans, measuring adoption, and developing/executing learning plans
  • Bring fresh thinking and creative concepts to drive engagement

Delivery Excellence plays a pivotal role within Deloitte Consulting by partnering with the business to enhance and enable how the practice sells and delivers projects. Qualifications

Required:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in change management, communications, and/or project management
  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • Success in developing and executing change and communications strategies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clarity and precision in both written and verbal capacities
  • Broad thinking capable of making connections across the business and taking decisive action
  • Strong oral and written communication skills including writing, editing, and copy-editing skills
  • Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams to drive to holistic solutions
  • Ability to handle fast paced, multi-task environment
  • Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $89,000 to $163,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
