Position Summary

Delivery Portals SWAT Team Manager (Enabling Manager)

The Delivery Portals SWAT Team Manager will work with our business partners as they develop, pilot, and launch cross-OP Delivery Portals. This team member will work with 3 delivery portals to define or refine the delivery portal scope, approach, and roadmap with a focus on the Offering alignment and integration to the appropriate portal (i.,e., Ascend for package implementations, Orchestration Hub for Advisory, and CodeAmp for Custom Development). 

Work you’ll do

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with our product owners to align and prioritize the delivery portal scope to the offering’s delivery transformation goals
  • Align the offerings to the appropriate portal and define the offering integration roadmap
  • Liaise and guide the offerings on the alignment of the Offering’s delivery approach into the portal.
  • Define, facilitate, and escalate key decisions that need cross offering alignment with a constant focus on aligning with the delivery transformation strategy
  • Drive an overall view of the Offerings deployment into the portal considering all delivery transformation components such as SmartStarts, PDIs, Automation, and Tools.

Qualifications

Basic qualifications

  • Professional with a minimum of 6 - 8 years relevant experience in internal / external client service or internal roles
  • Able to work well in a highly agile, fast-paced environment, comfortable in ambiguous environments
  • Strong executive presence with a track record for working with/advising senior leaders on a wide range of issues; ability to work with senior firm leadership and their teams
  • Superior project management skills and organization; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously with great attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft email communications and develop presentations for executive audiences to communicate, achieve buy-in, and drive action

  • Demonstrates strong professional judgement; acts in utmost confidentiality with sensitive leadership information, and navigates tough situations effectively and professionally
