Position Summary

Delivery Quality Customer and Marketing (C&M) Enabling Manager

The Delivery Quality team within Delivery Excellence is seeking a Enabling Manager who will be responsible for supporting quality processes within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) Offering Portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, be effective at, and comfortable with, presenting to executive leadership on a regular basis, and be able to think critically about challenges to form data-based recommendations. Experience delivering complex technology implementations with a knowledge of the types of challenges and issues faced therein, and ways to address and minimize potential negative impacts, is a plus.  

Work you’ll do

  • Responsible for advising practice leadership on potential quality issues within the C&M Offering Portfolio;
  • Work with C&M / Delivery Excellence / other leadership and project teams to identify, escalate as necessary and help resolve quality issues for the C&M Offering Portfolio;
  • Monitor projects within the C&M Offering Portfolio to anticipate Cost of Quality events and offer assistance as needed;
  • Provide guidance on mitigation strategies, scope of services documentation and contract / project management practices to enable delivery quality;
  • Work with C&M leadership and various groups to develop and deliver training to the C&M practice as well as Delivery Excellence colleagues around best practices and new / emerging delivery challenges and issues
  • Facilitate engagement review process for higher risk engagements and participates in pricing decisions;
  • Conduct Deal Review Board consultations for selected higher risk engagements prior to proposal submission;
  • Advising engagement teams in the development of professional services contracts with a primary focus on reducing and mitigating delivery risks associated with the services being provided by C&M;
  • Advising engagement teams on implementing good project management practices to help meet our contractual obligations;
  • Providing guidance to reduce project delivery risks, adjust contract requirements to accommodate changing project circumstances, and manage stakeholder expectations to contractual obligations and agreed upon performance standards.
