Work you’ll do 

  • Develop, update, and maintain communication materials including talking points, articles, social media content, slideshows, and other informational materials.
  • Craft strategic communication plans aligned to program and organizational goals and targeted audiences and support implementation.
  • Provide stakeholder analysis and develop a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan
  • Gather relevant information, updates, and data and identify communication opportunities and challenges
  • Collaborate across various internal and external teams and facilitate client meetings
  • Craft communications on behalf of clients including but not limited to emails and briefings

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • 3 + years of experience in communications creation, delivery, campaigns, and strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required US government security clearance for this role

Preferred: 

  • 1 + year of website creation experience
  • 1 + year of experience working in the government defense space
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 1 + year of graphic design experience
  • 1 + year of experience working with SharePoint
  • 1 + year of social media marketing
  • 1 + year of prior management consulting experience
