We are seeking experienced and energetic professionals to support our Advisory Sales Operations Team. Our ideal candidate brings experience with supporting managed services or other recurring revenue offerings, adherence to process, initiative and strong decision-making skills along with the interest to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The Sales Operations Manager will be critical in defining KPI’s and creating data-driven analyses that are scalable and automated. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, strategic thinker, self-starter, and passionate about being part of a collaborative team.
Deal Desk Sales Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Sales Operations Leader
- Supports Hybrid Operate Sales and Deloitte Advisory solution leaders and client teams
- Proactively works with functional business stakeholders to define and design reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau
- Identify patterns and areas to drive better process adherence, better data quality, operating efficiencies, improve sales productivity and impact revenue
- Demonstrate personal accountability by building ownership for key initiatives
- Manage sales cycle productivity attainment and analysis
- Communicate and report on sales lifecycle metrics in support of Sales Operations function
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related competency, MBA is a plus.
- 5-8 years of related work experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Finance
- Advanced skills in analytical and presentation tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using SQL a plus
- Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, and translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations to executive leadership
- High level of expertise using Salesforce to produce relevant insights and streamline processes
- Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands, sense of urgency
- Strong executive presentation and engagement skills
- Self-motivated and a highly collaborative
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations, virtual and cross-cultural teams
- Experience in the overall managed services sales cycle a plus
