Work you’ll do:
- Help clients understand their business and data requirements and develop data sourcing and architecture strategies to fulfill those requirements.
- Assess clients’ current state regarding their data infrastructure and use of digital technologies (such as analytics); and provide strategic advice and recommendations on how to scale and deliver increased impact with optimal design, architecture, and governance while mitigating data risks.
- Define and calculate key operations and data risk indicator metrics to help client monitor the health and resiliency of their business and data.
- Deliver actionable insights using data visualization and operational efficiency using intelligent automation.
- Evaluate clients’ use of analytical models; provide advice and recommendations on topics such as improving model efficacy, enhancing model governance, and assessing compliance with leading practices and regulatory standards
- Operate as support to the data team developing dashboards in Foundry and Tableau
- Perform data analytics to answer RFIs, strategize improvements to the Vulcan system
- Assist integration of data from unique sources
- Perform data modeling such as categorization and assist in wargame planning.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Willingness to learn new data applications and database systems
- Ability to work with and managing data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, transformation, and providing preliminary descriptive analytics
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills essential to interacting with clients and teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to quickly and concisely research and collect data from unique places
- Ability to synthesize data and convey information in a meaningful way
Preferred:
- Active DoD Secret clearance highly desired
- Previous Federal Consulting and/or professional services experience
- Experience in the areas of Microsoft Power BI, Psypark Programming, Palantir Foundry, Tableau etc.
- Ability to manage own personal and professional development; seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills and experience
