Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

Client facing and long term project for one of our major health care/life science clients. A project delivery team of 200+ members across shores and exposure to the latest technologies in a modernizing IT landscape. Creation of standards for data architecture and delivery of data architecture for transactional and analytical solutions.  

Contribute to the communication and maintenance of information architecture standards

Contribute to the data model review process 

Partner with the Data Governance department to promote data literacy through data definitions, lineage and models.  

Provide mentorship to team members  

Work as a part of the Data and Analytics Center of Excellence team to identify information needed to support operational and business improvement initiatives.  Provide leadership in building the people, process and tools to support these initiatives.

Monitor and resolve conflicting demands based on agreed upon priorities. 

Ensure high quality design.  Implement processes, procedures, standards and best practices from system and technology perspective.  

Participate in and/or lead projects to ensure performance and scalability of Data and Analytics Center of Excellence solutions.

Provide input and experience on the architecture, design and evolution of FMCNA enterprise data platform (data warehouse and data lake) and information delivery solutions, including tool selection, migration strategies, and risk mitigation.

The Team

Core Technology Operations

Our Core Technology Operations team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.

 Core Technology Operations professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.




  • Hands-on experience in solution delivery using agile methodologies 
  • Excellent experience in the use of Data Modelling tools (ER/Studio, Erwin) 
  • Excellent experience in data profiling, data analysis and data modeling techniques 
  • Excellent experience in documentation of technical specifications 
  • Strong experience in DBMS technologies (Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, Redshift) and data lake object stores (AWS S3).  
  • Good understanding of SQL and data integration tools (Informatica Power Center, AWS Glue) 
  • Analytical experience in the healthcare or medical setting is preferred, including knowledge of applicable standards and methodologies  i.        Experience with real-time and batch processing for analytical data platforms 
  • Knowledgeable of data delivery through Web Services, APIs & Messaging services  \
  • Knowledgeable of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Business Objects) 
  • Knowledgeable in data masking, data de-identification and data anonymization 
  • Outstanding problem solver  
  • Excellent communication, presentation 
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
  • Limited Sponsorship: Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. 


Data Integration Analyst:   Minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering data architecture, data modeling and/or information design for analytical (data warehousing, data marts, data lakes, ODS) and/or transactional systems

Preferred Qualifications: 

Data modeling, data profiling and analysis, DBMS technoloiges (on prem and cloud), snowflake data lake object stores.
