Work you’ll do 

As a Consultant within our Cyber Risk team, you will: 

  • Coordinate with senior managers in the Division/Sub-Division to identify training needs
  • Assist in mapping out annual training plans for management and cybersecurity career tracks
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  • Research and recommend new training methods; Provide support to CSD Governance process
  • Research, recommend, and provide as necessary, processes, electronic tools or other means that enhance the quality, efficiency and productivity of the CSD operation

Our Federal Cyber Risk team is client focused and mission driven. Our team works across industries and sectors to respond more rapidly and effectively, providing recommendations to improve cyber threat detection.

 

Qualifications

 

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience providing specialized training to customers, including at least 1+ years working with teams providing cybersecurity training. 
  • Must have experience working independently and with teams to identify training needs across an organization.
  • Must have experience researching new training methods, identifying if the organization would benefit from any of the new training or training methods, and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Must have experience measuring individual performance and organization's growth as a result of training. 
  • Experience with Research Study Writing.
  • Experience with Performance Analysis (KPI).
  • Experience with Change Management/Communications Training.
  • Experience with Training Development/ Training Facilitation & Logistics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future.
