Work you’ll do 

Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer to support our client onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. An active TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications:


Required:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required
  •  Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and Windows development OS internals and  development
  •  Experienced in Microsoft Visual Studio IDE -Strong C, C#, Python,   JavaScript, or JVM-based languages
  •  Skilled in application optimization and scalability
  •  Ability to execute full lifecycle software development as well as write well   designed, testable, efficient code
  •  Experienced in software analysis and peer review
  •  Proficient in CI/CD pipeline best practices and integration
  •  Ability to integrate software components into a fully functional software system
  • Ability to document and maintain software functionality
  • Ability to tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
  • Proven success in a modular/microservice-based product line
  • Proven domain knowledge across CNO (Computer Network Operations)
  • Product design, development and delivery to include: Install and configuration. Upgrade and patching Logging (both in-product and eg OS logging system). Remote data collection and storage (within a CNO context) CI/CD best practices from unit through acceptance
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future


Preferred:

  • Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
  • Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
  • Willingness to operate within Lean-Kanban project management
