Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer to support our client onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. An active TS/SCI is required.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and Windows development OS internals and development
- Experienced in Microsoft Visual Studio IDE -Strong C, C#, Python, JavaScript, or JVM-based languages
- Skilled in application optimization and scalability
- Ability to execute full lifecycle software development as well as write well designed, testable, efficient code
- Experienced in software analysis and peer review
- Proficient in CI/CD pipeline best practices and integration
- Ability to integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Ability to document and maintain software functionality
- Ability to tailor and deploy software tools, processes and metrics
- Proven success in a modular/microservice-based product line
- Proven domain knowledge across CNO (Computer Network Operations)
- Product design, development and delivery to include: Install and configuration. Upgrade and patching Logging (both in-product and eg OS logging system). Remote data collection and storage (within a CNO context) CI/CD best practices from unit through acceptance
- Travel up to 10%
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
- Willingness to operate within Lean-Kanban project management
