Work you’ll do
As a Project Delivery Lead in our Cyber Application Security team, you will be part of our SAP Cyber practice and will be responsible for delivering SAP security and internal controls implementations, assessments, and Support/Maintenance across SAP suite of products. Responsibilities will include supporting SAP end user security operations, and/or leveraging controls and techniques to help our clients address SAP and broader cyber related risks. Leverage SAP, third-party or other robotic automation tools to pro-actively monitor and detect security and control risks.

Required:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in leading SAP security and SAP GRC Access controls within a comprehensive SAP landscape, including development, quality assurance, sandbox, training, and production systems.
- Profound knowledge of SAP authorization concepts applicable to SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, other suites of products and SAP GRC Access & Process Control (versions 10.x and 12.x).
- Demonstrated capability in managing Security/GRC tasks related to minor enhancements and support pack/version upgrades.
- Extensive experience in maintaining GRC master data, conducting risk analysis, monitoring batch jobs, and supporting audit & compliance activities such as user management controls and access certification, alongside maintaining BRF+ and MSMP workflows.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting security access issues and collaborating with key functional/business stakeholders to resolve SAP Security/GRC errors/exceptions.
- Experiences or knowledge with the latest developments in S/4 HANA and emerging authorization concepts.
- Understanding of risks related to application security exposures with the ability to propose solutions to minimize these risks.
- Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Compliance, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and SAP IT General Computer Controls.
- Experience in managing and optimizing Licensing for SAP systems.
- Strong capability to comprehend various compliance requirements impacting security and crafting appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with Compliance and Audit teams to maintain a robust compliance posture for SAP systems.
- Rapidly assimilate and execute various role design concepts, delivering results efficiently.
- Actively support and mentor junior team members in both technical and management capacities.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy is essential for managing operations.
- Lead daily security operations, manage teams, and engage with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvements while maintaining operational stability.
- Contribute to the team by supporting proposals, whitepapers, proof of concepts, technical eminence materials, and firm initiatives.
- Deliver internal SAP security technical training to Advisory personnel as required.
- Strong understanding of service management disciplines including Incident, Change, Problem Management, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs/KPIs).
- Proficient in utilizing ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and Remedy for operations management, including queue monitoring, request triaging, and priority incident monitoring.
- Committed to contributing to proposals, whitepapers, proof of concepts, technical documentation, and firm initiatives as needed.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
- Extensive implementation experience in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP security and compliance tools.
- Proficient in SAP's inherent configurable controls within business processes.
- Experience in supporting audits within the SAP environment.
- Led SAP security streams in large-scale, complex implementations and operations, including multiple regional rollouts.
- Expertise in best practices for SAP Security, offering strategic recommendations to clients on security role design and execution.
- Experienced with IT general controls, data conversion, and integration controls.
- Proficient in identity access management systems and their integration with SAP.
- Well-versed in a broad range of cybersecurity topics.
- Proficient in HANA DB Security, with a solid understanding of best practices related to ERP security. Additional experience in security for BW/4 HANA, C/4HANA, SRM, CRM, SCM, HR, and SAP Cloud products (including SCP, Ariba, Success Factors, Hybris, Concur) is beneficial.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Fiori authorization concepts, including Catalogs, Groups, and oData services.
- Familiarity with the SAP Hana Cloud Platform will be considered an asset.
- Experience in the configuration and implementation of SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control modules; knowledge of Process Control is preferred.
- Previous consulting experience, particularly with Big 4 firms, is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of the ITIL framework, with specific knowledge in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,360 to $148,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
