As the Cyber Recruitment Leader, you’ll play a central role in leading and executing full recruitment life cycle in key technology high-growth areas.


Position Description:


The Cyber Recruitment Leader will lead a robust recruitment team to drive and support key technology needs and deliver and champion new recruiting methods. This position will provide leadership to multiple stakeholders and manage results within a matrix organization including leading a team of Talent Acquisition recruiters responsible for building and delivering candidate pipelines through continuous research, sourcing and qualifying. This role will be leading and driving the strategy and performance of cultivating key talent and maintaining relationships with premium candidates to deliver upon both immediate and forecasted hiring needs.
The Cyber Recruitment Leader will create and deliver tailored talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to meet overall business talent acquisition goals. These goals include Brand and Social, Reporting and Analytics, Agencies, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators – to include both passive and offensive recruiting strategies. This role will manage, track and measure DE&I recruiting initiatives in accordance with our talent acquisition strategy. The Cyber Recruitment Leader will measure and communicate results against committed recruiting actions to ensure meaningful and measurable progress towards DE&I goals and will also explore possible growth opportunities to enhance our DE&I recruiting efforts. This is a high impact role requiring exceptional partner skills with demonstrated ability and experience to develop a pipeline sourcing strategy, influence stakeholders, and provide insights into the talent market and talent acquisition innovations. The Cyber Recruitment Leader will develop and lead a high-performance recruitment team and champion market best practices and new recruiting methods to deliver on growing business demand in a hot market and achieve hiring goals for a hypergrowth business.
The Cyber Recruitment Leader will work with leadership and will analyze and share key recruitment metrics, lead insight and strategy discussions to continue to evolve recruitment strategy and will manage full-lifecycle recruitment services. The ideal candidate will have worked in both larger enterprises and earlier stage growth companies to source and hire a wide range of key technical talent from entry to executive level. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage an existing network of Sourcers, Recruiters, and Agencies to support the Cyber business growth. This individual is a natural people leader and talent acquisition expert, passionate about building great teams and driving high performance, defining strategy, developing processes, delivering analytics and reporting and sharing strategic insights and recommendations to improve velocity and talent acquisition overall experience with Leadership.

Specific Accountabilities Include:


• Partner with leaders to understand their business strategy, technology roadmap, talent needs
and manage the execution of full cycle recruiting efforts for technology roles
• Foster and drive DE&I initiatives and requirements including but not limited to strategic sourcing top diverse talent
• Create and deliver talent acquisition goals such including Brand and Social, Reporting and Analytics, Agencies, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators – to include both passive and offensive recruiting strategies
• Leverage an existing network of Sourcers, Recruiters, and Agencies to support the Cyber business growth
• Leverage deep talent acquisition knowledge and internal partnerships to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies focused on hiring top diverse talent to drive technology needs
• Design and manage the hunt for key technology talent, driving new and successful methodologies and lead, manage, and inspire a team of recruiters
• Drive key strategic talent acquisition initiatives and serve as the key point of contact responsible for delivery of new hires to meet the overall workforce plan
• Create, drive, track, analyze and share recruiting metrics to both drive strategy and measure performance. Provide updates on status of projects and hiring initiatives and help identify emerging needs to address
• Research and educate team and leadership on new recruiting trends and innovations
• Participate in related programs and process improvement projects


Experience:


• 10+ years of experience building and leading successful enterprise- including hyper-scale talent acquisition recruitment and sourcing efforts in technology
• 5+ years expertise sourcing and recruiting in hot technology markets including Cybersecurity and leading large-scale transformational solutions to respond to business needs and demands
• Proven ability across full lifecycle talent acquisition processes to set strategy and deliver, including workforce planning, employer brand, candidate attraction and engagement with a diversity, equity and inclusion focus, developing sourcing channels/methodologies, and developing and managing streamlined interview, selection, offer and onboarding processes to meet talent and market needs
• Proven track record as an engaging, inclusive, inspirational leader with capabilities to build a diverse team and manage to high performance expectations while supporting employee engagement
• A track record of building exceptional business partnership relationships and successfully advising leadership
• Expertise researching market trends and driving new innovations to talent acquisition processes and direct sourcing achievements
• Proven track record of anticipating challenges, problem-solving and developing contingency plans
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Advanced skills in required software: Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems new technology and a variety of recruiting platforms including social media
• Previous recruiting experience in professional services and with managing recruitment in India is preferred
