Work you’ll do
- Support a team in developing and implementing strategies related to recruiting, retention, strategic communications, climate/culture, etc.,
- Communicate and integrate the customer voice across a complex network of stakeholders.
- Employ strategic thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to conduct skills gap analysis and other diagnostics to address a host of client challenges
- Manage client demands through concept and product development, to include writing/producing, review, revision, production, distribution and evaluation.
- Develop project plans and timelines, collaborate with a large team, support ad hoc initiatives as needed.

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Continuous learner, proactive problem solver, autonomous worker, and an active listener with the ability to represent the organization with high-level clients
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
- Strategic Communications and marketing experience
