We are seeking a product manager that will advance ConvergeHEALTH’s field force technology solutions and products and will sit at the intersection of Deloitte’s product teams and Deloitte Consulting engagement teams.
Work you’ll do
The Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of our field force technology solutions, with a particular focus on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud platform. This role requires a deep understanding of agile field force operations and concepts such as customer profiling, targeting & cycle planning, scheduling & call Reporting, territory alignment, Omni-channel service connections, inquiry routing, and an eye towards the future as how the innovations in technology can address the un-met need of agile field force.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive solution strategy and roadmap for agile field force technology solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and advancements in field force technology to identify opportunities and user needs.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
- Product Development:
- Lead the development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with agile principles.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products.
- Define and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Sales:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all solution-related inquiries and communications to the consulting teams
- Participate in the pursuits as the subject matter advisor, conducts demos for the solution.

Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementation of field force technology such as Veeva CRM, IQVIA OCE or Salesforce.
- Strong background in agile field force operations and concepts such as customer profiling, targeting & cycle planning, scheduling & call Reporting, territory alignment, Omni-channel service connections, inquiry routing along with the understanding of data required to power analytics for field force operations.
- Strong experience of data related to field force such as Customer360(demographics, performance, prescribing pattern etc..), Sales Rep Engagement/Activity data, Claims data, brand performance data etc.
- Experience related to other commercial datasets desired e.g., market access, patient services etc.
- Understanding of the GenAI and AI technologies and how those can be applied to unmet needs of field force.
- Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Aha!).

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $144,600-241,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
