Work you’ll do
- Leverage statistical methods, analytics models, and data visualization tools to drive meaningful insights and solve complex business problems.
- Communicate effectively through engaging deliverables (including charts, graphs, presentations, and dashboards) and present findings to clients.
- Efficiently tell stories using visuals and PowerPoint presentations to represent findings, analysis, and data points to clients.
- Work with the team to understand client requirements and brainstorm on analytics approach, leveraging ConvergeCONSUMER assets/products as applicable.
- Pull data from Bigquery, excel using SQL and create visualizations using excel, tableau or any other BI tool.
- Work closely with the Product teams to understand the latest product features and provide user feedback.
- Consistently strive to acquire new skills on analytics, AI / ML, Cloud, Big Data technologies.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for working with data. Ability to analyze raw data and guide the team to drive meaningful insights, trends, and conclusions.
- Strong story-telling abilities to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Craft a narrative / storyboard that presents the insights in a meaningful way
- Create a client-ready deck from scratch by considering the audience.
- Ability to drive work independently, problem solve when obstacles come up, and learn quickly.
- Ability to understand multiple technical products and translate that into functional RFPs / proposals.
- Excellent executive presence, meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and business judgment skills.
- Ability to absorb and summarize the discussions and provide audience-specific context to drive efficient outcome focused meetings.
- Experience interfacing effectively with all levels of management in a work environment in which priorities are frequently shifting.
- Ability to understand a functional ask and develop the technical approach (identify the right datasets, manipulate data tables, present the summarized data, etc.) is good to have.
Preferred:
- Experience working with Tableau and any ETL tools.
- Familiarity with consumer related data and a general interest in the retail, consumer products, manufacturing, automotive, transportation or hospitality sectors.
- Successful performance in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while consistently delivering high quality results.
- Superior messaging capabilities is highly desirable, particularly related to conveying complex business issues and/or industry trends in a clear, concise, and impactful style.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,925-179,875.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
