Administrator – Onboarding Coordinator

Contingent Workforce Services (CWS) is an integral component of the GPS Contracts – Contingent Staffing Solutions (CSS) group. The mission of CWS is to provide client service engagements with the highest quality third party contractor resources at the most competitive prices. 

Purpose of the Position

Work directly with the GPS/Consulting engagement teams on their contingent labor systems access and laptop requests.


  • Act as the liaison between Core Talent Services (CTS) USI onboarding team and the internal GPS/Consulting clients to educate on the process, set expectations, champion the USI team by following SLAs
  • Be the escalation POC for any challenges/issues
  • Own GPS/Consulting contractor data and work with the USI team on a regular basis to ensure accuracy
  • Have a solid understanding of the different access types, the implications of issues and assist with troubleshooting and raising tickets when needed
  • Meet with AD, SAP, TSS and other internal teams as needed/required
  • Step in during off/weekend hours when required to resolve issues
  • Maintain the Laptop Provisioning Request items in ServiceNow
    • Check the TSS Pandemic Contractor Laptop Builds dashboard 2x/day for information missing from the laptop provisioning requests
      • Missing info results in the laptops not being provisioned/delays in shipping
    • Contact CWS Subcontract Administrators (SCAs) to request the missing information
    • Update the ServiceNow Tickets with the missing information
  • Perform administrative/other tasks as necessary
  • Provide monthly/as needed updates to CWS Manager and CSS Sr. Manager on project activities



  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in a customer service role
  • Strong prioritization skills, including the ability to balance multiple high priority tasks and re-prioritize during the course of a workday
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment and make significant contributions toward achieving team goals and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
