Deloitte Studios is a full-service creative agency within Deloitte Digital.  A newly formed group that brings together our Digital Experience capabilities and our Advertising/Marketing teams into new kind of Creative agency. An agency that, coupled with the power of Deloitte Digital, combines creativity and technology to tell new stories in new ways. As Strategy Director, you will tackle a wide variety of interesting challenges, which start with acquiring a deep understanding of life sciences and health care customers and uncovering key insights that build strong brands, change behavior, and drive positive health outcomes. 
 
You’ll need to already have some mastery of the healthcare marketplace, and a passion to be on the cutting edge of what’s next. This role has the potential to work with a broad variety oof therapeutic areas, products and solutions across all types of clients (pharma, med tech, providers, payers, and public health.)

Our AM&C offering serves our clients through the following types of work:  
  • Advertising campaign ideation, development and execution 
  • Cross-channel customer engagement strategy, design and development to include the creation of omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, social, physical, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video 
  • eCommerce strategy, implementation and operations 
  • Marketing Content and digital asset management solutions 
  • Marketing Technology and Advertising Technology solutions 
  • Marketing analytics implementation and operations 
  • Acquisition and engagement campaign ideation, development and execution 
  • Agile based, design-thinking, user-centric, empirical projects that accelerate results 
What you'll do 
  • Serve as a leader within the content strategy organization at Deloitte 
  • Serve as the Content Strategy lead for multiple clients and projects at a time, defending and selling the most appropriate content solution, and supporting content strategy practitioners involved in day-to-day execution 
  • Represent both the user interest and the business need in strategy workshops and sessions 
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, creatives, and technologists 
  • Leverage user research to identify content needs and gaps across stages of the user journey, and bring new tools to bear 
  • Create and evolve standards for content strategy documentation, including content inventories, audits, value propositions, strategies, migration plans, content models, message maps, editorial calendars, and content playbooks 
  • Lead workshop for teams and clients 
  • Serve as a thought-leader and expert to interface with senior clients 
  • Define and evolve standards for content governance in terms of quality, relevance, consistency, and uniqueness
  • Originate and socialize content strategy methods, recommendations, thought leadership and rationale to peers, team members, clients, and Deloitte leadership
  • Advocate for and advance the Content Strategy practice at Deloitte Digital 
  • Be a core member of the overall strategy team at Deloitte Digital 
Qualifications: 
Required – What you bring 
  • 8+ years professional experience in content strategy for product and web
  • 5 years experiencing managing projects and teams 
  • Strong grasp of brand and digital marketing
  • Strong experience working with UX, creative, and technology  
  • Strong understanding of user-centered content strategy principles and best practices
  • Strong enthusiasm for digital trends and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with SEM and SEO, including keyword research, organic and paid search
  • Familiarity with digital CMS, marketing technology platforms, and best practices 
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred- Bonus Points if you have
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Library Science or Human Computer Interaction 
  • Life sciences or healthcare experience is a plus
