Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Studio Senior in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Drive digital and service User Experience and User Interface (UX and UI) design and practicing a rigorous design process that includes ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing, and utilize these designs to drive innovative and transformative technology solutions that address clients’ next generational needs. Drive user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital solutions from concept to launch. Leverage storytelling, design thinking, and human-centered design to drive innovation and user-centric ideation projects forward with a focus on Agile methodology and customer-first design. Create Deloitte-customized information architectures, user flows and journeys, personas and scenarios, and wireframe artifacts. Facilitate workshops and user testing sessions that meet business goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Strategic Design, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Utilizing Human-centered Design (HCD) and Agile methodology to create digital and service UX and UI design and design processes, including ethnographic research, synthesis, insight generation, ideation, design, prototyping and testing;
• Establishing User-Centered Design (UCD) process methods, utilizing InVision and Sketch;
• Writing user stories, containing business and functional logic and design requirements, and performing Iterative User testing and prototyping;
• Creating designs, from concept through prototyping with modern programs and technologies, including Mural, Figma, and Adobe XD;
• Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing workshop facilitation guides;
• Applying design principles, methods, techniques, and creative disciplines from Branding, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Grids, and Color Theory; and
• Creating cover artwork, illustrations, photo manipulation and editing, utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Procreate; and
• Creating brand-related collateral for events, web assets, and posters, utilizing Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $118,400.00 - $148,000.00
