Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Studio Lead in New York, New York and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage the design and prototype of customer-facing growth strategies and innovation portfolios to enable global Fortune 500 companies to drive innovation and achieve new market/industry penetration in specific targeted geographies. Lead the design of product pricing strategies, go-to-market planning, and public launch solutions by analyzing data from competitive intelligence, marketing, and finance. Oversee the design of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, including Pricing Waterfall Analysis, Funnel Progression, Customer Segmentation, Margin Scatter Plot, and Price Bands Analysis. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
• 15% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Advertising, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.

Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Participating in design systems and best practices, including atomic design, creating and applying style guides, and typography and color for roll out of User Interfaces across multiple expressions;
• Participating in the process of analyzing, advising, and translating design requirements into creative designs, utilizing qualitative & quantitative research, and writing & design tools Keynote, InDesign, and Photoshop;
• Participating in, developing, and mentoring staff, assessing engagement performance, and performing year-end reviews;
• Participating in project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing organizational tools Microsoft (MS) Excel and Gantt;
• Participating in project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing cultural fluencies gained from global markets;
• Demonstrating deep subject matter expertise specializing in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Marketing , including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Direct-to­-Patient (DTP), and Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing;
• Navigating regulatory and medical environments, including FDA regulations and processes that develop end-to-end, integrated Healthcare Marketing for Healthcare brands;
• Participating in client engagements to build strategic partnership and consensus across client business units, agency partners, and key stakeholders.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $236,038.00 - $265,625.00.
