Work You’ll Do
Drive software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities; provide application analysis to meet software architecture and infrastructure goals. Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions, and support system implementation. Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, and coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in any field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies to provide software advisory and implementation services for clients in the financial services or technology industries;
- Designing sub-components of larger systems, integrating applications with each other, and continuously optimizing system structure, leveraging Agile methodology, Microsoft (MS) Visio, MS PowerPoint, Miro, and Jira;
- Tracking implementation defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira and Confluence;
- Developing functional specifications for custom development and interface with external systems, utilizing MS Whiteboard, MS PowerPoint, Miro, and Jira;
- Working across all phases of the Scrum and Agile project lifecycle to design, develop, test and implement Salesforce platform for enterprise-level clients;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional and technical requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs, harnessing Agile methodology and Google Venture Design Sprint;
- Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and monday.com; and
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments, utilizing Salesforce, Miro, MS PowerPoint, and MS Whiteboard.

Annual Salary: $113,325.00- $188,875.00
