Work You’ll Do
Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud; may perform design and development within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Operating Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure and Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Drive various aspects of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which may include requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, and escalations of urgent issues. Design and develop data governance standards, roles and responsibilities; design data conversion strategies and facilitate data conversion, mapping and cleansing workshops to support the clients’ conversion to Cloud. Perform assessments of existing information systems, identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities, and estimate time and resources needed for the development work. Transform detailed requirements into a complete, detailed systems design document; support creation of interface specifications and call flows for the various components in the design.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Driving implementations of Cloud-based technologies, including data cleansing, conversions, interface design, development, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), utilizing Dataflow, Google BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataproc, AWS Glue, AWS Elastic MapReduce (EMR), and Python scripting to build and manage data pipelines, train and deploy machine learning models, and develop scalable data solutions;
- Converting legacy data according to the current system’s data structure utilizing data warehouse tools, including Google BigQuery, Apache Beam, AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Redshift, and Apache Spark;
- Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, to be used for application development, utilizing Google Docs, Office 365, Confluence, Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams, and Miro Board;
- Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira, GitHub, Pivotal Tracker, GitLab, and Bugzilla;
- Performing implementation and integration of Cloud-based solutions utilizing AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Run, Docker, and cloud-native serverless architectures;
- Developing and reviewing required project documentation, including presentations, gap analysis reports, process flow diagrams, roles and responsibilities documentation, and process documents;
- Working across all phases of the Agile Software Development lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement cloud-based applications, utilizing Data and Machine Learning services on GCP and AWS including Vertex AI, Dataflow, Dataproc, AWS Glue, and AWS EMR for enterprise-level clients in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) industry; and
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, utilizing Agile methodologies and Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, and Office 365.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week;
Annual Salary: $124,950.00 - $208,250.00.
