Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Senior in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Drive SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate in setting SAP engagement objectives and scope, develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between workstreams and identify changes in scope. Perform assessments of existing information systems and identify gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Provide application analysis to meet SAP architecture and infrastructure goals. Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

  • Participating in large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SAP Enterprise HANA implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance, client, and stakeholder expectations;
  • Performing project management using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies, preparing user stories, and creating estimates and project plans including resource, change and risk management, for global S/4HANA implementation projects, utilizing Jira, ALM Octane and Microsoft (MS) tools Project and SharePoint;
  • Participating in setting up SAP engagement objectives and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements, coordinating activities between workstreams, and identifying changes in scope;
  • Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing SAP modules S4HANA, HANA, Business Warehouse (BW4HANA), Analytics Cloud (SAC), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Solution Manager (SolMan), and MS Office;
  • Setting up data integration, data profiling and data migration framework for complex large-scale SAP S/4HANA conversions using SAP modules Data Services, Landscape Transformation (SLT) and Smart Data Integration (SDI);
  • Delivering analytics and insights with reports and Fiori apps using analysis, SAP Business Objects and SAP Fiori for Office tools, and creating executive and Digital Boardroom dashboards using SAP Analytics for client leaders to monitor business operations and resolve inefficiencies;
  • Working with clients on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning strategy implementation projects, to deliver descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics, utilizing Tensor Flow, Google Big Query, SAP Predictive Analytics and SAP HANA; and
  • Supporting business development, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
