Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions; select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements such as business case, pricing, or complex financial analysis and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Work to improve the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements 

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering (Any) or a related field and five (5) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept three (3) years of university study and seven (7) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have five (5) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Managing and delivering components of engagements, evaluating clients business, modernizing core systems, and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), SAP Materials Management (MM) and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules; Evaluating organizations technology needs, developing strategies to increase profitability, and designing and implementing plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth, utilizing SAP modules and integrating with other third-party systems; Working across phases of the Agile full project lifecycle, including gather requirements, plan, prepare business blueprint documents, design, develop, go-live, and hyper care for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Atlassian and Atlassian JIRA; Developing strategy and architecture recommendations for SAP integration projects, including integrating SAP with Banks, OneSource, Vertex, Salesforce.com, and Bloomberg, utilizing SAP NetWeaver Process Integration (PI) and IBM TIBCO; Leading large-scale implementations utilizing Agile methodology across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops during the design process to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements, identifying business processes, documenting process flow diagrams in ARIS and Microsoft (MS) Visio; Managing project teams and project delivery, tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope and resources, utilizing JIRA and MS Office, including Project; and Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including functional and technical design document, configuration rationale, test scripts and execution results, security and access control for compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) per business specifications and agreed timelines.
