Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address Supply Chain needs; create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business objectives. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Participate in

proposal development and contribute to the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote Supply

Chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements

Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressively responsible related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Managing business case analysis to understand opportunities for Supply Chain cost optimization; helping organizations deliver critical programs by enabling them to make better business decisions on the cost, schedule, performance, and risk, utilizing Risk Assessment, Risk Analysis, Risk Mitigation Plan, Effective Risk Change control around Project Lifecycle, Parametric Estimation, Three - Point Estimation, Reserve Analysis, Schedule Network Analysis, Critical Path Method, Resource Optimization Technique, Modeling Technique; Managing teams that aim to provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models, utilizing Minimal Viable Product (MVP), Customer Exploration map, Value Network, Business Case Development, Business transformation Strategy; Managing day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers; Leading the quality assurance (QA) for clients deliverables including Operation Quality Script and validation cycle, Performance Quality Script and validation cycle, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Voice of the Customer, Brainstorming, Force Field analysis and Nominal Group Techniques, Cause and Effect diagrams, Lean Six Sigma standards per business specifications and agreed timelines; Utilizing Product Requirement Specifications, Product Interface Design, Product Process Improvement, Lean Product Development, Product Capability Maturity Assessment, Vendor Assessment for Product Tools, Agile Product Model Design to provide scalable and available designs to provide technical solutions; Working with project management frameworks, Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Performance Control and Closure, to help clients optimize and maintain applications to maximize

Return on Investment (ROI); and Working across phases of the Product Lifecycle including Concept to Market stages (Concept, Design, Validation, Production, Post Release changes) for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients.
