Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Denver, CO and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally. 

Work You’ll Do 

Managing day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors. Managing and delivering components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies. As SME, Managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, development/build, testing, training, defining support procedures, develop digital transformation, AI/ML and other Data science concepts Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients. Contributing to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Performing role of counselor and coach; actively participating in staff recruitment and retention activities. Providing leadership and supporting for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Performing assessments of existing information systems, and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities. Functioning as integrators between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Creating project charters, schedules, and plans, defining project tasks, allocating resources and monitor project progress. Writing functional and technical system requirements and use cases, creating process flow diagrams and finalizing system requirements. Identifying and recording key deadlines for the workstream in the client engagement to ensure clear communication, organization, and coordination between multiple parties, and constructing a work plan around them that will quickly and effectively achieve client goals whilst also allowing for reasonable work time and unexpected delays or pivots. Managing the service transition from ERP Implementation team to Application Management Services team coordinating with offshore counterparts. Identifying the appropriate Deloitte professionals for the project and defining their roles, responsibilities and expectations. Managing project delivery from the workload and resource perspective including managing the workload assignment of resources on the project and organizing team meetings. Communicating with stakeholders to provide accurate reporting and information sharing regarding the ongoing project activities, risks and initiatives. Leading Deloitte internal project evaluations and year-end appraisal process including evaluating their strengths, development areas, overall contributions, and promotion recommendations. Establishing the overall reporting structure and collaborating with senior management to set-up the overall process for tracking the metrics of Incidents and Enhancements and Value Enhancement Opportunities.

Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of progressive related work experience. Must also have three (3) years of related work experience involving each of the following: Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery and software development lifecycle for the design, development, testing and implementation of SAP solutions for enterprise-level clients; Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be systems, processes and environments using MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word, Google Docs and Sheets, and Lucid Chart; Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that fully meet client needs using Accelerated SAP methodologies (ASAP Methodology); Software and strategy implementation using CFIN,SAP Logistics, E-HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BOBJ, SAP BW4/HANA, SAP BW, Tableau and other data science concepts to lead the design and development of project solutions; Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communication of updates to internal and external stakeholders using MS Visio or MS Excel; Overseeing the following types of testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions: User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, and System Integration Testing; Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments using SAP BOBJ, SAP BW4/HANA,SAP BW, E-HANA concepts; and Supporting business development activities, including proposal development and responses to Requests for Proposals.

Annual Salary: $181,000 - $190,050
