Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams in relation to information technology projects to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements for information technology projects, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies to lead information technology projects, including Axway to MuleSoft API Gateway Migration, FLNA and LATAM Go To Market Integrations, Apple Pay and Digital Wallets;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into detail and high level designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Microsoft Office, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Blue Print, Jira, ServiceNow and Azure Dev Ops;
- Guiding teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, and defining support procedures utilizing Microsoft Office, Enterprise Architect, Blue Print, Jira, ServiceNow, and Azure Dev Ops;
- Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, TIBCO Business Works (5/6), Java/J2EE, SOAP UI, Jenkins, and Git;
- Perform manual and automated code reviews using Sonarqube, NodeJS, Postman, Microsoft Office and Jenkins to follow best practices and ensure there is proper error handling and logging;
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients using Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Office, Jira and Microsoft Project for Project Management; and
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis using Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Office and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
