Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Cincinnati, Ohio and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do
Manage SAP software advisory and implementation services for information technology projects to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy for information technology projects by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpreting and reporting on outputs. Overseeing the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization in connection to information technology projects, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Coordinating and delivering components of engagements, evaluating client’s business, modernizing core systems and reimagining their business with SAP digital solutions, utilizing SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA;
• Working across phases of the SAP implementation projects, including Design, Build, Test and Deploy for solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Microsoft (MS) Office Suite;
• Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating SAP and Non-SAP applications using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), SAP Intermediate Documents (IDoc), and SAP Remote Function Call (RFC) in the client’s landscape;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders in process workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, identify business processes, document process flow diagrams, and prepare business blueprint documents, utilizing SAP SolMan, MS Visio, MS SharePoint, and MS Office Suite;
• Utilizing Jira and HP ALM to support and perform Functional unit testing, String testing, Integration testing cycles, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Operational Qualification testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
• Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and MS Office Suite; and
• Performing SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) module production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, HP ALM, and SAP SolMan.

Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
