Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have three years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and five years of progressive related work experience. Position requires three years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile Scrum methodology to lead information technology projects, including Agile deliveries;
- Managing teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, flow mapping, prototyping, and defining support procedures, utilizing Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices-based solutions, leveraging Spring Boot, Bootstrap, and Angular frameworks;
- Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis, using Jira;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs, using J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate Object-relational Mapping (ORM), and RESTful Web Services;
- Managing business processes, driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) Diagrams; and
- Leading development, testing, and deployment, utilizing Jira, TeamCity, Jenkins, and GitHub.
