Work You’ll Do
Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build, and deploy solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team, and developers and testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing JAVA, Java Platform Enterprise Edition (Java EE), Spring and Struts Model-View-Controller (MVC) Framework, IBM WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere Content Manager, JavaScript, Java Specification Request (JSR) 286, Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), and Representational State Transfer (REST) WebServices to lead information technology projects;
- Engaging in teams that participate in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
- Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules and deliverables for clients using Agile tools;
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs by leveraging HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and JIRA;
- Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation;
- Guiding development, testing and deployment, utilizing Jenkins; and
- Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes including Agile methodology.
