Position Summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Dallas, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You’ll Do

Manage information technology projects, including SAP software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall information technology project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant SAP tools and techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Oversee the process of improving the ability to react in a digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Oversee the technology needs of an organization, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensuring business growth. Manage and lead the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies for information technology projects. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.

  • 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Will accept a bachelor’s equivalent based on any combination of education, experience or credentials as determined by a professional evaluation service. Candidate must also have 3 years of related work experience involving each of the following:

  • Guiding Food and Beverage industry clients regarding the application of industry leading practices in IT enablement;
  • Designing financial solutions to meet multiple reporting requirements, including US GAAP, IFRS, and managerial reporting;
  • Designing and developing custom development objects including Reports, Interfaces, Conversations, Enhancements and Forms;
  • Participating in the cross functional integration of finance business processes with Human Resources, Materials Management, Inventory Management, Sales and Distribution, and data migration, including Extraction, Transform, and Load (ETL);
  • Designing and executing financial, efficient month-end close processes; and
  • Leading solutioning efforts in designing product costing and actual costing solutions, and leading end user documentation and training efforts.
