Work You’ll Do
Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage the overall project strategy by analyzing a wide variety of business solutions. Select the most relevant Oracle tools/techniques to meet specific requirements and interpret and report on outputs. Manage day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Manage the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
- 50% Travel required nationally.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Managing all phases of the Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) project delivery and software implementation lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement Oracle solutions for enterprise-level clients;
- Utilizing HP Quality Center (QC), Atlassian Jira, and ServiceNow to support and oversee design review sessions, string, integration, and user acceptance (UAT) testing to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Conducting Financial Services, Technology, Manufacturing and Consumer Product business process workshops, utilizing Oracle AIM to understand current business processes and outline future processes in Oracle General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Oracle Payments, Advanced Collections, and Cash Management (CM);
- Overseeing assessments of current legacy systems and business architecture, utilizing gap analysis templates to design Oracle GL, AP, AR, Oracle Payments, Advanced Collections, and CM system landscapes;
- Developing functional specifications for custom developments, and interfacing with external systems via Oracle GL, AP, AR, Oracle Payments, Advanced Collections, and CM;
- Performing Oracle GL, AP, AR, Oracle Payments, Advanced Collections, and CM production rollouts and providing post- production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing Oracle AIM;
- Overseeing the tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Oracle AIM; and,
- Managing the design and delivery of user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption and maintenance in client environments, utilizing Oracle AIM.
