Work You’ll Do
Manage software development and implementation services for information technology projects to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise utilizing SAP products, JAVA, and J2EE framework stack. Manage day to day interactions with executives and sponsors; develop and maintain contact with top decision makers. Participate and lead aspects of the information technology project proposal development process; contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team by contributing to the SAP community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team, and developers and testers; work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications in connection to information technology projects.

Requirements
Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Agile methodology, Eclipse, JDeveloper, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Box, Figma, Okta, Git, SOAP, Rapid Application Development (RAD), Tomcat, JUnit, Maven, Bitbucket, Oracle, and MySQL to drive software development and implementation of ecommerce end-to-end using SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), IBM Commerce, and Content Management Systems (CMS) for front-end and Database development;
- Coordinating and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies by leveraging SAP Hybris Commerce product, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), CMS, IBM Commerce, Java, J2EE Frameworks, and Restful Webservices;
- Performing requirements mapping, technical solution design, effort estimations and execution, timelines and sprint planning, drafting delivery strategy, and guiding teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design and flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures;
- Tracking application defects, managing defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details utilizing Confluence, Jira, Splunk, Tealeaf software, JUnit, JMeter, and Sonar;
- Developing client proposals and managing deliverables for every phase of complex implementations for E Commerce and Retail industries for Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Direct Selling Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) clients using SAP Hybris Commerce, IBM Commerce, FullStory Digital Experience Intelligence (DXI), Spartacus, Java, J2EE frameworks, Angular front-end frameworks, CMS, Gigya Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), SAP CPI, Kafka, and SAP ERP solutions;
- Building, configuring, and monitoring interfaces to integrate Payment, Address, Tax, Orders, Tags, and SAP ERP Central Component (ECC) with 3rd party systems to deliver end-to-end solutions for ecommerce companies along with Restful webservices integration, CMS integration, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Integrations;
- Participating in business transformation and on-going operations, enhancements, and maintenance services for the full suite of SAP software solutions (Hybris), Java, and J2EE Frameworks in addition to conducting training sessions to facilitate SAP systems knowledge transfer, Java, Hibernate, and Oracle, including creating training materials and reference guides for all of the technology stack; and
- Enabling medium and large-scale client go-to-market strategies by converting design inputs into process flows and developing solutions for commercial operations and supply chains using SAP Hybrid Commerce, Gigya CIAM, SAP CPI for integration, ESB layer integration with Restful webservices, API calls, and SAP ERP.
